Factor 12 is involved in the dyregulated RAS pathway which can potentiate coagulapathy.
The real key is elevated rantes. Why is this occuring so quickly in the illness? To me i cannot find direct linkeage between ar2 upregulation and rantes.
We definately found one target to the illness but it may be more downstream with LL. Bradykinin may be the driver initially.
