You're welcome. I understand better now after reading through he rest of the report. The manufacture dates spilled over into April and they weren't informed until July, so the issue was from prior to our acquiring the Raw Pharma facility.
They are definitely in full control of the quality at this point and I believe they had put the problem to bed long before the estimated date provided at the time of the communication with CBD Life. Still, I believe the bashholes and their LieHub misinformation has played a major roll in the confusion over the timing of the events.
This statement also suggests that they won't have to eat all of the cost associated with that mishap: "Management has also held discussions with the prior owners of Raw Pharma (where the product was produced prior to our acquisition) and is negotiating an agreement to compensate the Company for losses related to the equipment issues."
