It means they believe they can fix the issue and resume all production by September 15, 2020. Looks pretty simple IMO! It appears that part of the production is shut down until the fix whatever problem it is that there working on! This kinda of stuff happens all the time! Maintaining equipment is part of running a copacking facility! I'm actually surprised there being so transparent about fixing equipment.
