CCR5 inhibition lowers TNF-a and IFN-y and will modulate the BR1 receptor where bradykinin binds. Low bradykinin binding, lowers production of CCL5 and other factors that bradykinin binding controls. Once again CCR5 is the main controller of the immune system.
