Ppl Wins at U.S. Supreme Court Over $50 Million Montana Award
The U.S. Supreme Court overturned a ruling that would have required a PPL Corp. unit to pay more than $50 million to Montana for the use of riverbeds under the company’s hydroelectric facilities.
