Hold on a minute skipper. Joe gets praise when he does good and he gets criticized when things go south as well. It comes with the territory.
When you make deals and blame bad actors from those deals and then say the PPS will level off because the bad actors have stopped selling, but the PPS drops like a rock still, news flash, it’s not just the bad actors.
When joe says the S-1 is going to be put in for NGIO then comes out saying the sec wants a form 10 instead and then three ignored requests from the sec on the form 10 go unanswered and it gets called out on a CC that’s all on Joe.
When timeline after timeline gets missed, there is nothing wrong with calling joe and management out. After a year, heck, after years, there needs to be accountability.
He just can’t get a pass. Give him praise when it’s due, but hold him accountable on things he says and does.
