The constant Joe bashing makes no sense, is tiresome and not constructive. Further, it reveals an agenda that is not in keeping with a successful GNBT. If you have constructive criticism, go for it. Most of the delays we've faced are out of Joe's control: SEC, BARDA, and other government actions.
