In my view, I am not totally bashing Joe, and I am aware that there are other parties involved, which may cause delays that are out of control for Joe and his management team. I get that and that is not my issue.
What I am complaining about is his over-optimistic predictions and promises to deliver something within a certain amount of time, and then not delivering or at least letting us know what is going on.
Why can't he just start making conservative predictions and then delivering on time or even ahead of it? Is that asked too much?
Do you agree that this is killing his reputation and has a negative effect on the company as well?
