I’m sure they didn’t disclose this to anyone, however a simple search showed lawsuits against Fife/Iliad. Where there is smoke, there usually is fire. Then look elsewhere. For all we know, they are still selling shares they have left to pay for their defense now.

BTW, I checked. Fife/Iliad did not disclose this to Generex during their discussions about financing. I bet they didn't disclose it to other clients either.
