Including CYDY most recent $25M financing. I find the timing of this SEC action quite interesting considering what happened with the sell off short attack at $10 not long ago.
BTW, I checked. Fife/Iliad did not disclose this to Generex during their discussions about financing. I bet they didn't disclose it to other clients either.
