As I understand it, blocking CCR5 is what stops metastasis (and was our original target)
We believe that LL may also repolarize the macrophanges, boost the immune system and produce more granzyme A.
IMO we have proven the first component through 0 CTC. It seems that we were surprised when tumors started shrinking in patient(s) without other treatments, and thus the second hypothesis was born, and is in the process of being studied.
