I think they were "skirting" the uplist issue because any questions were probably related to the companies current financial standings, which Mr. Mulholland said he could not comment on other than the amount of warrants he said were exercised in the last few months. I would guess he can't say anything about that because it would be unaudited information off the cuff like that and he seems to like to do things more by the book where NP speaks first sometimes unfiltered.

I guess thats how I took it when people kept digging for more info and trying to nail down timelines. He clearly doesn't want to get the NP treatment for people accusing him of lying and missing timelines.

Either one of us could be correct. Just commenting on how I took the uplist issue.
