We are not close to uplisting at all. Obviously MM/NP we’re very reluctant to enlighten us about listing problems c.q. questions from Nasdaq. Since Nasdaqs comments almost 3 weeks have passed and MM is still to answer them.
Come on! 3 weeks to answer questions? Questions that any professional could have foreseen? I don’t buy it.
It’s not about the equity position, it’s not about the share price, but it’s all about the going concern issue.
And that can’t be solved quickly.
It’s clear, MM will delay any respons to Nasdaq because as long as he hasn’t replied NP/MM can tell uplisting is ongoing while Nasdaq will/can not decide on our uplisting request.
I’m stupid, but not that stupid, we will not uplist as long as their are doubts about Cydy being a going concern.
But, I’m sure others like to believe it’s a long proces. Good for them.
