Yep... 10k is due 9/14... a week from this coming Monday.
I have very low expectations for seeing anything that draws new investors, however. This K will be a nothing-burger, IMO. Might even be negative once the string of revenue-free Qs is consolidated into one sad number.
Sure hope the NuGenHealth venture ramps up as indicated. Absent that, some sort of CV progress, or Excellagen restart, our revenue stream potential is a huge problem.
