Always selective responses, obviously the real investor is not buying the story yet. Toxic funding is the best we can do for now. S1 delay convenient for "quiet" period. Coming days turn into coming weeks , months possibly years. We need reliable leadership, I don't doubt they are working 24/7 but unfortunately lack of experience and credibility has been costly!! Liquidity and NASDAQ highest priority since early 2019 ....... well plenty liquidity now but no NASDAQ ......... we have heard the excuses but somehow other companies applying don't have major delays .......better organized, world class management , funding, credible , website, execute when promised ??? Good news will leak and usually followed by increased volume/pps.........
Funding is great but if additional acquisitions don't produce overall revenue the hole becomes deeper and toxic will continue or just stop !!!
Let's wait for the 10k ..... any day now , right?? Valuation may add some credibility , AE37 update could help too !!
