So everyone here just going to give Nader a pass on the executive compensation pool? I said it last time, and I am even more emphatic about it this time, this is a shameless cash grab, taking money from my pocket and putting it in theirs. Just a month ago we were told that we should authorize 100 MILLION shares to make sure we had enough money to get to approval. Now they are setting half of that aside to line their own pockets. It's criminal. It's part of the reason we have had so much trouble uplisting.
To all of you who say they "earn" it if they do this and that, well that's their job, and with no approved drug to sell, the job isn't complete. In most businesses, you get paid at closing. The correct way to compensate yourself in a pre-revenue company is to get the product on the market and make your money when the share price goes up, not by selling shares and then awarding yourself with new ones.
I'm sure there will be some pushback, but the fact is the board controls the vote. I think we had a lot of grassroots support for the cash grab last year which still passed relatively easily- maybe 57% if I recall. So the people all of the power are just writing checks to themselves on our dime. Lovely.
