Lowering bradykinin levels parallels the effects of CCR5 inhibition in much the same way. The question is are they parallel systems or is one the effector of the other? I spent a couple of hours yesterday taking a look with no satisfactory results. It is more likely there is an effector relationship with CCR5 affecting kallikrein the producer of bradykinin. Inflammation is what kicks off elevated levels of bradykinin and of course CCR5 is instrumental in producing that inflammation.
