Jeff67, if I understand you rightly, I still think this is backwards.
Unless I'm misreading your post, it looks like you believe that CYDY will be answering questions by Sept 4th. But it's the FDA that will be answering questions by that date -- letting CYDY know what additional information the FDA needs for the revised BLA.
