Let us forget about the bashers for a second - A CEO of a public company has to meet his obligations on time and this includes, but not limited to, releasing financial information on a timely manner - this is a fact reagardless of what bashers do or don't.

Let us hope that this never happens again in any shape or form - I hope that we won't be let down. Remember that the market doesn't work through phone calling the CEO - the market only deals with facts and filings.

Again, the bashers are bad, but the CEO needs to meet his basic obligations.
