I don't expect much from any of them. I very much doubt any of Da Moron's believes the garbage they're posting. There's no conviction and no real DD.

Any idiot reading the filings could have clearly seen there are no been Preferred shares issued to anyone other than Matt Dwyer. I'd have to re-read the filings, but it looks like that's been the baseline for several years.
