Another words. HHSE is expecting to raise $3M, but S-1 will be available for up to $8M.
50M * .03 = $1.5M
50M * .05 = $2.5M
50M * .08 = $4.0M
HHSE only offers the S-1 for up to $8M. They can not force anyone to buy. The prices are fixed, they are not variable. .03 + .05 + .08. Once all the 3's are gone. he may buy 15M @ .05 if that is what investor decides.
The S-1 will be posted to SEC in a filing in few weeks. It will have all the Terms and Conditions explained in writing, that investors will understand ahead of time.
