S-1 money goes directly to HHSE.
They are new shares just issued by HHSE. If the share price was 800M. Issued 50M the Outstanding Shares is now 850M. 50M new ones at $.03
Before, when HHSE is bought or sold the money does not go to the Company. The money goes to the buyer or seller.
The problem with HHSE has always been a matter of cash to get projects completed. It is the same with about 99% of OTCPinksheets. Not now, HHSE will have enough money to Launch MYFLIX.
But it does come at a cost. It does come at an increased number of Outstanding Shares. A small amount. A running MYFLIX should bring in a much larger share of new money, in the near future.
