Thought: All of the CCs over the past 3-4 months have generally contained no material or positive stock moving information. Before each of these CCs (there’s been so many I lost count), the board begins to argue about what will and what won’t be announced. Additionally, there’s always an argument regarding what the timing (day/time) of the CC means. And again, so far, the day and timing has meant zero. Remember, the only time during a CYDY CC that a significant material event was announced was the Vyera deal.

Recent history shows us that NP likes to schedule a CC after the stock has taken a beating. The day the CC is scheduled likely has nothing to do with what is being announced and It’s highly likely that we get typical NP updates that are interesting and sometimes exciting, but that rarely result in much.
