I have a thought on why they would schedule CC on Wednesday and why MHRA would be first bullet point. If MHRA approves fast track status on Monday U.K. time, it's possible that approval or (or otherwise) will be completed by Wednesday afternoon our timebased on MHRA 72hr fast track timeline. Of course this is just speculation but the timing fits.
