I agree on the 4-6 weeks uplisting stated on Nasdaq's official site. Unfortunately our application didn't follow their general timelines. CYDY "should have" received a response letter week 2 after a review of their application so like the first week in August. It wasn't until the week after the 10K was filed (last week monday aka week 4) that CYDY received the nasdaqs comment letter. So the nasdaq people didn't even stick to their own general guidlines. Guessing the latest 10K was the holdup for nasdaq to complete a review. So I'm giving some benefit of the doubt here because its another thing CYDY can't control along with the FDA is the speed of a review process.
