This is not bashing at all. Nasdaq itself states uplisting is a 4-6 weeks process (can be shorter).
Everyone here thus far has anecdotes it taking longer.
Which makes me think anything taking longer is problematical.
Nader not mentioning our uplisting at all makes me think our uplisting is problematical.
Probably because of our equity situation and (related to that) lawsuits from a former CEO.
Makes sense to me. I like to make investment decisions based on (some) logic.
I like the science, it’s the only reason to be in, but do accept being targeted by shorters because of our many, many, shortcomings otherwise.
I hate the short attacks, but they’re often self inflicted.
No bashing, just some sense of reality, Nader is not God.
