I do not see where it states ‘going concern’ is an issue in our situation. If it would be, our uplisting request would not make any sense at all. Given our financial situation we would never qualify from the start on. No, the issue isn’t going concern, it’s about equity imo (and related to that claims from former CEO regarding NP’s e.o. self enrichment.
