I have been waiting 10 months on GNBT's uplisting. The "going concern" has to be removed from the filings. In Generex's case they have been waiting on the SEC to approve an S-1 for quite a while so they can raise a years worth of funding.
The application remains open while the work gets completed.
CYDY would be best served to have the up listing take place just before news hits.
