Primary are ....fever , myalgia , dyspnea , cough , and we accomplished clinical significance here. I didnt like any of those , for examp cough may persist for couple of months after respratory infection , same with myalgia with viruses...
Our secondary are very important , and if we will need to do phase 3 , they will become our primary endpoints...
respiratory rate, oxygen saturation , any supplemental oxygen , temperature, systolic BP , heart rate , level of consciousness ...
And with those we accomplished statistical significance...
