Enemy, your theory only works if uplisting is forbidden for companies with closing bid price below $3. That isn't the case.

In terms of closing price, Market Value, and everything else I can see, CYDY qualifies for NASDAQ listing. The process takes time, but (not to sound like NP at his worst) it should happen in the next week. Like some other good things!
