I only know big pharma from what I saw as an ophthalmologist.
I went to meetings that they paid for, ate food that they bought and accepted samples that they supplied.
1) In regard to the integrity of representing their products, they were beyond the pale. If they said something about their product or someone else's it was invariably true. I remember one meeting in particular organized by a company to introduce a product... their paid researchers basically said: "forget it... The competition has better results and fewer problems. "
2) Almost everything we know about cell physiology is the result of big pharma research.
I guess it is possible that a large company with a pathologic CEO might want to push the price down and then buy CYDY... but I don't think that will work...and if it won't work, why do it?
