I asked him explicitly about BARDA, but all I was able to get out of him is the reiterated same statement we heard so many times. They had a whole bunch of meetings with the BARDA officials PRIOR to their application, and strictly adhered to the no-gcommunication rule, after the application was filed and now 14 weeks gave posed and they have not received a refusal letter.
