My concern with this is that maybe a letter was generated and GNBT “did not receive it” like they never rec’d the 3 (not 1 or 2 but 3) sec comment letters on NGIO form 10.
How about do something futuristic...pick up the phone and call BARDA! They can use the iPhone 40 (from the Parks and Recreation reunion show about a month ago) and when BARDA says they are still reviewing, Joe can reach thru and knock them across the head (like Alex Baldwin did to Tina Fey) thru the iPhone 40! Lol
Seriously, they said since it has been more than 90 days they could contact them to inquire. Well has that been done? Or are they too afraid to because then they would have to disclose it if it is bad news?
