Ohm, I'll check in with a biochemist with experience in other drugs targeted to crossing the BBB to seek their opinion.
You make very valid points that I will certainly look into. Yes, leronlimab would need to be "disguised" to allow transfer. Relying upon leaky BBB would not lend itself well for use as PReP use - which would be nice.
The liposomes would a great technique - thinking MS and Alzheimer's.....just wondering about the detachment process so Leronlimab could go after CCR5 once inside.
