As I said previously, I have worked for many mid and large size multinationals that acquire small companies that have a new and better technology. It’s about staying ahead of your major competitors. If you don’t buy it maybe your major rival does. Also, it takes plenty of resources to support ongoing research and development with no certainty of success.
I still believe Nanologix gets sold to a major multinational for $5 to $10 per share.
