I get your frustrations and I am not trying to be Pollyanna with my posts. The only way we will know how GNBT/Joe got to where they are is by seeing the road he took. Did he take the safe route getting NOs from reputable investors or did he take the direct route to the current investors. There is a limit on how much information corporate executives can/should relay to the public. When you live in what I consider the OTC slums, there will always be thugs demanding protection money. Sometimes all you can do is pay up to stay in business or even stay alive. In this case low stock pps, however it got there. But I see a way out with Joe trying to move GNBT to the “suburbs” NASDAQ/NYSE. I see it as only a “modest house” with very little “furniture” to start with, but it will at least be out of the “slums”.
