Yup, 10% AFTER they exercise them. So buy $5M shares, warrant A is another 5M and warrant B is 15M and whatever warrant C is, you have at least 25M shares getting added to our 80M, so 105M now. 10% is 10.5M shares each, so they can own 30% of GNBT.
