Also it was suggested by the SEC to cancel and re-file your form 10 if you don’t have all your comments satisfied with the SEC. Instead Joe let NGIO become effective so he hast to do reporting, and update that reporting to the SEC, yeah he is not able to file an S1 for NGIO yet because they’re still have comments going on with the SEC, I assume. It seems every report and filing they do has to get amended. Look at the form 10 being amended. Many of their quarterly reports get amended. How many press releases have you seen incomplete information on, as an example the last dividend that was given for GNBT and NGIO. I never received shares of NGIO for the shares of GNBT that I purchased during that one week timeframe and they blew me off on that saying I did not read the PR correctly. That was BS! So do we really know they will get NGIO listed? I hope they do and I’m counting on that, but there is absolutely no guarantee right now the way they are performing.
