Ah, this is so beautiful...for the purchasers with GNBT's track record of not registering securities. They can get all these warrants on a cashless basis in 180 days if Joe does not come thru with registration. Now that I'm reading this very convoluted filing, it is horrible looking. Joe likes to tell us to just read and you will know. Well I'm reading the Warrant A, B, C, D, XYZ in mumbo jumbo language of 'if then' else computer language. How in the hell are we supposed to to know the fine line here?
