Everyone, I exchanged emails with Todd Falls today, same as others posted, he does not want me to publish the entire message he has sent me.
But he confirmed one more time that they have not received any refusal letter from BARDA. So we actually are still in the race for funding.
Rearding today's 8-k, I did ask him also, why they are now needing to start accepting such toxic funding, but he did not really answer that question.
But I would like to add that I don't really understand why they are sort of sneaking this in and are not open about it and inform us via pr why they are not found this and what they are needing this money for. If Joe really wants to continue being fully transparent, I would expect that he would let us know. For some reason he decided differently.
