Once again, it probably won't happen without GNBT's S-1 being approved and thus being able to move ahead with plans.
Joe says they answer the SEC promptly. He did tell me he was going to have the lawyer reach out to them yesterday but I do not know the outcome.
I have no idea about the NGIO letters. Were they ignored or not. Don't know. Perhaps a question for the NGIO CC since it relates to the Form 10 and subsequently the S-1. Maybe something good will happen by then and we won't care.
