TC, I’m here every day at least looking over the forum. I posted three days straight. Regarding the shareholder’s offering, that’s a good question for Joe. These last few financings have been harmful because they also had a couple instances of lawsuits over disagreements. One such issue delayed an original dividend. I didn’t read the 8K. Who’s the investor?
