I get kind of tired of the BP / government corruption/ conspiracy story. If some outside force wanted to suppress leronlimab and make it disappear, they would have done it long ago and never let it get to phase 3. It is just way to difficult to stop and control the media, especially when you have blinded placebo trail data. It is too difficult for them to suppress this. The idea that BP, their lobbyists and government is so organized and capable is mostly a myth in my opinion. It is an easy excuse to worry but if you think of all the times an unmovable hurdle could be put in front of them, it mostly never happened. At the end of the day, cytodyn is following the rules set by the fda and at some point the fda has to respond based on the trial data. Nothing in that needs to involve the government or BP. Even if the fda gets cold feet, there is a whole world of countries watching and will make their own opinions of the data. It is too late to stop this.
