Re: OrlandoJohn #19179
And people can disagree all they want, but this is all on Joe. SEC sent multiple requests concerning the Form 10 and there were no responses back and finally they notified that they were closing out their approval process. Only it seems after TC brought it up on the call was Joe even aware of the letters that the SEC sent, so this is a huge miss on Generex / NGIO's part and it all falls on Joe as the CEO of both companies now.
They end up putting in an addendum Form 10 after. Honestly, this is par for the course with how Joe and Management have operated over the last year at least. Timelines missed and the blame shifts elsewhere and no responsibility on them. And then it is like why the stock is in the .50's.
It's not bad actors, it's bad management. They need to get their act together if these two companies are going to be saved once and for all or get better management in there. This is just getting ridiculous.
This company or companies have tons of potential they are sitting on. It's the missteps that are killing them along the way. If they even had one person who had real experience, maybe they wouldn't be in this situation. But hindsight is 20/20. They need to do something to shore up the base of the companies and get things going. They are floundering, they know they are floundering and they can't make many more of these mistakes or they will just go under as shareholders will get tired of seeing the PPS keep dropping and seeing mistake after mistake made by the management team.
Let's hope we see something pretty soon that's positive come out.
