Is there a way to know if this S1/A registration is effective ( filed on June 15). Is it default effective on filing or is it based on Sec response .. pls don't mind my ignorance if it is something very trivial to find.

Specifically I am curious about 1.7 M committed shares of Oasis and 6 M shares of Actus fund LLC.. ( one of the selling stakeholders).. This may explain those large trades at pre-determined prices and also why the price goes does as it is sold 92% of average of 5 day stock price ( refer pg 32 table of selling stakeholders)
