just a reminder of recent pronouncements and logic and real world progress(or lack thereof)

if world testing progress was substantial instead of languishing at the PCR level the quick test competition posted by lucky would not be needed.

if it was too late the quick test competition just announced would not have been just announced

it was not too late for NNLX as of the 7-9 pronouncement posted below for your viewing pleasure

as somebody posted here recently, when Bret was apparently asked about the timing (nothing illegal about asking and there are multiple exceptions to the, in laymens language, 'dont tell anybody unless you put out a PR in 24 hours or so' rule)

Bret said, "you will know when the public knows"- logically an allusion to a forthcoming PR or filing

Bret did not say: "Oh forget it. I give up. I'm moving to N Georgia where housing ownership is only 100 per square foot and am going fishing to support subsistence living. Get out while you can".

Bret did NOT say any such thing- I'm just making up those words for illustration purposes -I dont want to unnecessarily contribute to the suicide statistics in an already unstable world.

Brets answer gave no indication the game was over. In fact, "You will know" implies there will be something to know.

The NDA's were just signed the week before the 6-3 PR inviting additional interest.

Business processes take time. If Bret threw in the towel and gave into the big companies first offer, longs would not benefit either, so there is a negotiation process-which normally is completed before any pronouncement.

Most large companies employ debt and financing instruments just like anybody bc in todays obsessive business environment its considered a waste of resources to have cash lying around.
The old days- such as I was taught - to have twice as much in current assets as you do in current liabilities- are over. So even companies like walmart have a current ratio below one. Apple famously is the only large company popularly known to buck this trend.

Thus a NDA with a financing entity also, as per the 6-3 PR.

Re: rayludwiczak #6382
The key is that the prior technologies were either ones that had a reasonably narrow competitive edge over ones that major companies and suppliers had already locked in and were receiving remittances of some sort (kickbacks) or was in a niche that those committed to PCR and other type technologies had a close enough edge that they could ignore the development.

This diagnostic technology is so accurate and comprehensive across a number of critical categories that there is nothing competitive --except when the others cheat and have to be sued for patent infringement. My mantra is that I trust no one. Virtually everyone can be bought when the $$ are enough. So, given the technology as Faro and James Rogers (long term Battelle) describes, there is no equivalent in a critical global emergency. NNLX possesses the tech and has filed for the provisional patent and EUA for it to gain legal protection, there is an incredible need for this specific patented technology in the US, Europe, China (steals), etc. so the reality is that one way or another through a large scale marketing partner or a longer term law suit NNLX "wins". Although experience keeps us from being insane, $.08 or .15, or .50 simply does not make sense. Although we live in an insane nonsensical world. So unless you have a need for $500-$1500 gain you would be nuts to bail. But go ahead.
