I don't think there would be anything wrong with and update letting shareholders know in general what is or isn't going on. Something like, we are still in discussions, or discussions have stalled, or in a worse case, discussions have broken off. Keep shareholders informed. The company has a duty to do that. Competition contest: Have we applied? Do we intend to apply? Investors have a right to know and you would think the company would want us to know but only what they can reveal. When they shut down communications speculation and rumors abound. When shareholders hear nothing this is what happens. You go from .20 to .04 in a nano second. One would think that after a decade the co would understand this. Or maybe it's as simple as they don't give a s... about shareholders. imo
