The easy one to spot is the newcomer who asks innocent questions, claiming they're new to stock investments. Then, a day later, they'll start asking about reverse-splits and the company's finances.

When in doubt about a poster who's been around for a while, look at their post history and its consistency. We all get down sometimes and criticize but long-term it should be obvious which team folks are on.
