Based on the 201M outstanding on June 30, our shares are now around 40%, but if the OTC number is correct, we are more like 28%. How/when did they dilute by 100M shares in one month (assuming OTC is correct)?

They are paying Gerald 375K so I hope he doesn't forget about AMBS...
