This price action reminds me a bit of the time just before the Vyera deal. We (investors as a whole) keep thinking we were going to get the announcement, and we didnt.

Some started questioning if there really even was a deal on the table. Then they announced that they had a deal in place, but were "pausing"

The flawed communication created an environment where we were not sure what was going to happen. And then they dropped the announcement unexpectedly. Most of us (myself included) had talked ourselves out of positive news during the conf call that was scheduled.

And then he dropped it and we took off the next day.

Feels VERY similar to me. As a whole we have mixed feelings about what is going to happen, due in large part to the flawed communication.

But I encourage you all to relisten the last several calls, as well as Dr. Pattersons Tedx.
